Many women (and men) pluck their eyebrows or have them waxed or threaded to define the shape and keep them tame. Eyebrow plucking is done in an attempt to achieve beautiful eyebrows. One problem with eyebrow shaping is overplucking, but for the “cholas”, mostly found on the west coast, it’s overarching.
